Job Position: Sales Representatives / Sales Managers

Job responsibilities:

      • Search and filter potential customers.
      • Make sales calls, verify customer information
      • Analyze sales opportunities
      • Good presentation of company and products.
      • Value proposition.
      • Process orders.
      • Maintain customer relationship and grow their business.
      • Streamline sales process through our CRM system

 Job requirements:

      • At least one year’s sales experience in CCTV video surveillance products.

      • Self-motivated, working with least supervision
      • Prioritize multiple tasks, result driven
      • Preferred with technical background

 

Job Position: System Integration Engineers

Job Responsibilities:

      • Work on hardware/software integration with 3rd party system, like access control, solar power system, wireless systems, IOT devices, PLC/SCADA machines, etc.
      • Communicate with customers, organize and analyze customers’ needs
      • Prepare solution introduction material
      • Presentation/Demo our solutions
      • Value proposition

Job Requirements:

      • Expertise in video and networking technologies
      • Passion and extensive knowledge in solar power system, wireless system, IIOT system or access control systems.

Job Position: Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

      • Graphic design and update website banner/key-products pictures monthly;
      • Design and prepare monthly sales promotion flyer and email;
      • Design and prepare New Products Introduction flyer and email;
      • Provide New products introduction video;
      • Update information on social media;
      • Conduct marketing activities to get as many potential customers as possible;
      • Assist in online selling business.
      • Other marketing & sales related tasks

Job requirements:

      • Expertise in graphic design, good at essential design software
      • Proficient in online digital marketing
      • Extensive knowledge of marketing activities
      • Efficiently generating new leads for the sales team


Job Position: Sales / Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

      • Process orders from our dealer customers.
      • Create sales order and arrange shipping process.
      • Create invoices after shipping.
      • Collect payments from customers
      • Welcome walk-in customers.
      • Assist Sales manager in other sales activities

Job Position: Pricing Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

      • Gathering data from internal sales report and inventory management system to provide ad-hoc sales reporting analysis. 
      • Using statistical modeling tools and methods to prepare forecasting reports on impact of various pricing strategies, including product elasticity, margins, cost and profitability and make suggestions and report to sales manager. 
      • Work closely with sales team to develop a competitive pricing strategy for each important customer and help sales team to prepare pricing list quarterly for individual customer and assist in determining appropriate list prices for new product. 
      • Use analytical tools and quantitative method to track pricing trends in the marketplace based on industry databases and primary and secondary industry resources, including analyzing customer needs to determine their spending patterns.
      • Coordinate with other departments, including sales, product management, marketing and financial department to ensure the strategy implementation to optimize company’s profitability.
      • Perform other pricing related duties, such as maintaining price lists, contributing content for sales proposals and reviewing price quotes. 
      • Prepare and present findings to product manager, CEO, Sales manager and marketing team during weekly meeting.

Qualifications:

      • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field required.

Job Responsibilities:

      • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
      • Proficiency with pricing monitoring and data extraction systems (Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books and Zoho Sales IQ)
      • Strong computer skills such as advanced Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and database software proficiency such as R, Python, XLMiner, SAS is preferred
      • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.
      • Communication skills, being able to work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams effectively and efficiently.
